Products

You enter each product once, with its price, its description and where it appears, and use it in as many menus as you like.

In Menu, the Products tab lists every product in the business: each one is the same in every menu it appears in.

Who can: everyone sees them. The owner, the admins and anyone with a custom role that has "Product catalog: Edit" change them.

Search

Type part of the name in Search products and tap Search. Active and Archived switch the list. The list shows where each product is ("Menu › Category") and its price; Show the next ones shows more.

Create a product

  1. Tap New product.
  2. Under Details, fill in:
    • Name and Description (optional).
    • Price, in pesos, for example 26,000 or 26000.50. It's the same at every location.
    • Cost (optional): customers don't see it; it's for your margins.
  3. Under On the menu:
    • Allow notes: customers can write "no onion" when ordering it.
    • Featured: it's shown first in its category, with a mark.
  4. Under Diet, check what applies: Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten-free, Lactose-free, Spicy.
  5. Under Where it appears, check the categories in each menu.
  6. Tap Create product.

You can also create it from a category on the menu (Menus and categories).

Edit a product

Tap the product, change what you need and tap Save. If it's in several menus, the page says so: what you change shows in all of them.

Archive and reactivate

Archive takes it off every menu instantly. Its place in each category is kept for when you reactivate it with Reactivate. Archived products are under Archived.
